The Bardstown Kentucky residents have been regulars ever since, coming every Sunday. Jeremy is just starting the sport while Anastasia is a very accomplished player, having been a serious competitor in her home country of Ukraine. More on that another time. They are small business owners in Bardstown, owning the J/A Kisner Salon, but recently their thoughts and efforts have been on things more important than table tennis or even business; their focus has been on getting Anastasia's family out of the war ravaged Ukraine and bringing them to the United States. The one thing they need is, money. No donation is too small or too large and 100% will be put to helping her family escape and start a new life in the USA. Our club is donating all proceeds from the weeks of March 14th and March 21st, so you can drop some extra cash in the box while signing in to play or you can donate online via their Spotfund account. Either way, you are donating to a great cause and helping out some fellow club members.
The 2021 Club Members Handicapped Ladder League was a big success. From left to right, Paul Malone, 2nd place finisher and the person who climbed the most spots on the ladder, Galen Mabe the Grand Champion and Angela Zhang, 3rd place winner.
